Weigh In - Monday 8th April

So, after my weigh in last Monday I decided to eat the easter egg my mum got me. Then later on I thought it would be a swell idea to eat 3 packets of french fries. Then on Friday night I went out drinking and didn’t stick to vodka and diet cola . As a result… I gained. I’m gutted but at the same time at least I know why. Stick to it and the weight will come off.

Start - 216.5lbs
Last - 209.5lbs
Loss - +0.5lbs
Current - 210lbs
Total Loss - 6.5lbs

I will lose that half a pound and then some next weigh in.

Start - 216.5lbs
Last - 210lbs
Loss - 0.5lbs
Current - 209.5lbs
Total Loss - 7lbs

So I didn’t lose the half a pound and then some. I lost the half a pound. I thought it was going to be more but at least it’s going the right way :)

Start - 216.5lbs
Last - 209.5lbs
Loss - 1lbs
Current - 208.5lbs
Total Loss - 8lbs

Lost a cheeky pound :) 8lbs down! Still not feeling the difference on my clothes etc but I know it’ll come round eventually. Maybe at the 1 stone loss mark. Gotta keep it up!

Loss - 3lbs
Current - 205.5lbs
Total Loss - 11lbs

Another 3lbs off. I am so freaking excited about losing weight! I’m only half a pound away from my 5% goal and 3lbs away from a stone loss. Buzzin!

Ugh.

Just made a pot of soup in the hopes it would make my pizza cravings go away.

No such luck. I’ve got a severe case of pizza brain

Nervous

Got them pesky weigh in nerves for tomorrow. If I gain half a pound I’m back in the 15 stone range and I really don’t want that. I want to keep going down!

Last night was my 3rd week at Weight Watchers and I’m still really motivated and enjoying it. My will power normally disappears after a few days and then I moan my face off about my size. So this is good!

Start - 216.5lbs
Last - 211.5lbs
Loss - 2lbs
Current - 209.5lbs
Total Loss - 7lbs

Got my silver 7! Woohoo :D

Going to push myself more with the exercising this week cause it will only get harder now. I had a month goal in my head to lose 5-7lbs a month and I’ve lost 7 in a fortnight!? Madness.

Had a good first week. I’m getting the hang of counting points :)

Current - 211.5lbs
Loss - 5lbs
Total Loss - 5lbs

I wish there was a photo of my face when she told I had lost 5lbs. :D next weigh in tomorrow. Had a family Indian night last night so I hope it doesn’t go change it too much. I’m hoping for a 2lb loss so I can get a 7lbs loss sticker :)
